One-Size "Love It" Guarantee

We offer a 14 day trial period for Knickernappies One-Size Diapers.  Customers are encouraged to buy and try ONE diaper.  If they don't love it, they can return it for full credit.  Any other diapers returned must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How this works is somewhat up to you as the retailer.  If you do not want to participate in the guarantee, you are not required to.  If you want to participate, whether you give a store credit or refund it up to you.  Diapers returned to your store may be returned to us via our RMA Form and you will receive store credit. 

If you choose not to participate, customers may come directly to us and will receive store credit to Cloth Diaper Outlet. 

We do not credit back shipping or any other fees, only the actual price paid for the diaper.  Inserts and diaper must be returned.
