July 14, 2010 - Greetings to our Knickernappies Family Members,
The Knickernappies brand is growing at a phenomenal rate and the unpredictability of business has placed Knickernappies in a product shortfall. Our sewing crew normally takes a extended vacation during the Christmas season; this year they chose a summer vacation. Until July 26 we have no sewers. The second reason is due to explosive growth overseas. What stock we had in place to accommodate our sew shop shutting down has evaporated in a frenzy of overseas expansion. We have a full production schedule in place starting July 26th. We will restock starting in early August. Please, understand that here at Knickernappies we actively strive to maintain an in-stock business. We are frustrated by this product shortfall and we apologize.
We understand that this letter will generate two reactions; retailers who will rush to purchase what we currently have available, and retailers who will wait until we are fully stocked. We will send out stocking announcements as product becomes available, therefore everyone will be made aware that product is flowing.
