Exclusive Territory Policy

We are excited to begin offering exclusive territories to US retailers as of June 1, 2010.   

For several months we've quietly been working toward exlusivity for selling areas.  Our method isn't perfect yet, but what we're working on is a 25-30 mile radius of exlusive territory for our retailers; this is protection from new retailers in your area and does not affect the placement of any existing retailers.  For this to work, your store MUST be listed in our Where to Buy page.  That's how I check distance, using zip codes.  So if your store isn't listed, let me know. 

In order to be listed, you must have completed your initial $150 purchase and have stock currently in your store.  You will also need to have placed an order within the past 6 months so we know that you're still a current retailer. 

I'm not promising that this will be perfect, but I have been denying new applications from stores that are too close to our existing retailers.
