Drop Ship Policy

We understand and appreciate the value of drop shipping.  After the initial order is met ($500), we are happy to drop ship orders directly to your customers.  We do charge a drop ship fee of $2 to orders under $50.

Drop ships are sent with a packing slip but no pricing details.  At checkout, there is a checkbox to designate your order as a drop ship order.  There is also a box where you may leave a note for your customer.  I highly recommend leaving a note so your customer understands the order is from your store.

We do drop ship overseas and to APO/FPO addresses.  Once you've entered the address in the "Ship To" column at checkout, the appropriate shipping options will automatically appear.

You are responsible for your customers.  If your customer would like to return a drop shipped item, it must be returned to you.
