Q&A about OneSize

1. How does the guarantee work?

  •  We're leaving this somewhat up to each retailer.  In general, the customer may buy & use one diaper.  If they don't like it, that one diaper can be returned within 14 days.  We will reimburse retailers for returned diapers.  Whether you choose to honor the guarantee with a refund or with store credit is up to you. The guarantee is only good until Dec 31, 2009...it's intended to encourage people try the diaper without risk.  If you would rather not honor the guarantee, that is perfectly fine, and your customer will receive store credit for another store.  To return the diaper and inserts to us, please use (or direct your customer to use) our new RMA form.

2.  What is the MSRP and wholesale?

  • Diaper with 2 LoopyDo inserts: MSRP $24.95, WS $14.97 = 40% discount
  • Diaper with 2 Microfiber inserts: MSRP $18.95, WS $11.37 = 40% discount

3. What are the package discounts?

  • For both versions of the diaper:
  • 1-5 diapers is full price
  • 6-11 $0.50 off
  • 12+ $1.00 off
