We are accepting wholesale customers who have an established brick & mortar store or an established online store. Please read all policies before applying. By applying to become a retailer, you are stating that you've read and agree to abide by these policies.
We do not accept co-op orders or group buying. We also do not allow selling on Amazon, Ebay, or other auction-style websites.
Minimum orders: To open your account, the minimum initial order is $100. Subsequent orders have no minimum. All orders must be prepaid. We accept Paypal and all credit cards.
Dropshipping: We understand the value of dropshipping, especially in a soft economy. After the initial order is met, we are happy to do dropshipping direct to your customer.
You are responsible for your customers. If your customer would like to return an item, it must be returned to you.
Shipping: Shipping via USPS and FedEx. Currently, orders ship within 48 hours.
International orders: You may choose from a variety of United States Postal Service international shipping options. We do not ship via FedEx or UPS internationally.
We will not falsify the customs forms so please do not ask us to do so.
Pricing Policy: The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has what is called a "Take it or Leave it" policy regarding pricing. While they prohibit individual pricing agreements (aka price fixing), they do allow a manufacturer to stop supplying a retailer who goes against the manufacturers resale price policy. Here is our policy:
We reserve the right to stop supplying products to any retailer who sells Knickernappies products for less than the MSRP listed on this website.
However, short term and infrequent sales are allowed provided they lower the price no more than 10% and have a specified end date. If your sale is lower than this, we will email you and request that you bring your pricing up to the policy.
Free shipping may be given at your own discretion.
We do not allow selling of Knickernappies on ebay or Craigslist unless they are used items. If you are closing your store, please contact us about liquidating your inventory.
We do not allow selling of Knickernappies on Amazon. We have one retailer who is authorized and has exclusive rights for selling on Amazon.
Images and Text: You may use any images or text from the Knickernappies site. Graphics can be downloaded HERE.
Return Policy: Any item you buy may be returned to us after 90 days from the purchase date but no longer than one year. We ask that you display the item for 90 days. If it doesn't sell, we'll gladly take it back for store credit as long as it's an item we still offer and current production style.
Damaged/Defective Items: If an item is damaged in transit, you have 14 days to notify us. We will replace the item at no charge to you and send an envelope for you to return the damaged item.
If items are defective, then they may be returned to us for full credit at any time. We inspect all items, but they may slip past us from time to time.
Snaps and elastic are guaranteed for one year. In that time, a customer may return a diaper to us at no charge to themselves. We will repair or replace, then mail it back to them. After one year, we are happy to repair if it is repairable at no charge. The customer simply has to pay to ship it to us. We will pay to return it to them.
Leaking or wicking is not considered a defect. If your customer has trouble with leaking or wicking, refer them to us and we will help however we can. But we cannot be responsible for how the care and washing of diapers may affect absorbency.

Finally: Like many of you, we are work-at-home parents. We have no staff aside from our three busy children. I say all of this to remind you...be patient with us! We truly care about each of our retailers and your customers. We want you to have the best experience possible with Knickernappies products. Please kindly let us know if we've made a mistake on your order and we will do whatever we can to correct it.
